These Terms govern the services I provide as a freelance frontend developer and clarify the expectations for both parties during our collaboration.

The Site is provided as a platform for interactive events, fun experiments, and to showcase creative work. Use of the Site is subject to the following rules:

- You must not attempt to abuse, cheat, or otherwise manipulate any games or events, including but not limited to using scripts, bots, or other automated tools.

- You must not interfere with the functionality or availability of the Site for other users.

- You must not engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

⚠️ No Guarantee of Functionality

The Site is offered on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Site will function without interruptions, delays, errors, or bugs. The Site may go offline or experience issues without prior notice, and no compensation or liability will be assumed for such occurrences.

⛔ Termination of Service

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Site for any user at our sole discretion, including but not limited to users engaging in abusive or malicious behavior.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, riteshdpandit.vercel.app and its creators shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Site, including but not limited to data loss, interruptions, or issues arising from user actions.

📝 Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through notices on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

💰 Pricing Structure

• Base Price: ₹12,000 to ₹100,000 per project (depends on complexity)

• Estimated Timeline: 1–4 weeks

• Payment Terms:

- 50% upfront (project kickoff)

- 50% on final delivery (after client approval)

🔁 Revisions Policy

• Includes: 3 rounds of revisions

• Additional Revisions: ₹1,000 per round

• Revisions may include updates to text/content, layout/styling, minor interactive behaviors

• Major redesigns or feature overhauls are quoted separately.

💼 Scope of Work & Ownership

• Final deliverables include HTML/CSS/JS (or framework-specific code) as agreed.

• Full ownership of delivered assets transfers to the client after final payment.

• Code is delivered via GitHub, ZIP, or deployment (depending on agreement).

⏰ Timelines & Communication

• Project timelines depend on scope and are communicated upfront.

• Clients are expected to respond to feedback and queries within 2–3 business days to avoid delays.

🔄 Refund & Cancellation

• If the client cancels before work starts, a full refund is provided.

• If work has started, the advance is non-refundable.

• If I am unable to complete the project for any reason, a partial or full refund will be discussed.

🛡️ Warranty & Support

• A 30-day warranty post-delivery covers minor bug fixes and cross-browser/device inconsistencies.

• Additional feature changes after this period are considered new work.

📩 Deliverables Format

• Files shared in .docx, PDF, and code repositories as needed

• Legal content is editable and can be customized for your brand or client's location
